Along with 30 years of experience in the trucking insurance industry, Bryan also carries the Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Risk Manager, and Transportation Risk Specialist designations. Prior to his insurance career he worked in trucking while attending college. He travels extensively visiting clients throughout the Eastern US while writing down the MC numbers of trucks he sees to call later. Prior to co-founding RIG he was a leading producer with the Coburn Insurance Agency and part of their acquisition by Hub Transportation Insurance Services.
A father of two, he is a graduate of Johnson State College and a member of the Mad River-Stowe, Green Mountain Geezers, and Johnson State Alumni (Hall Of Fame) Rugby Clubs. In the past he has volunteered his time coaching football and basketball. His interests include history, reading, physical fitness, exploring the occasional micro-brewery or distillery, trying to learn to play bass, and time with his significant other, Heather.

Brad is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent and has been working in the trucking/transportation insurance industry for nearly 25 years. Prior to starting Rig, Brad worked at Coburn Insurance Agency, Inc. and Hub Transportation Insurance Services as a commercial account executive.
Brad graduated from Johnson State College in 1997 with a BA in Business Management. He coached football for over 25 years and played guitar in Nightrain and Les is More.

Les began his insurance career in life insurance with Penn Mutual in 1977 before moving on in 1979 to become an agency principal with Coburn Insurance Agency, Inc. Les co-developed Coburn's niche insuring municipalities and later their industry focus on Trucking & Transportation. Les is a graduate of South Burlington High School (where he is a member of the Athletic Hall of Fame) Johnson State College, and The University of Vermont (Masters). Les has held his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation since 1984.
Father of two and grandfather of two Les is a Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. Les is an avid collector of music (Blues, Rock, Heavy Metal) and black cars bearing Florida Gator stickers. While he travels enough to be considered a resident of at least three states, when at home he can be found either hiking or tending the flora and fauna in his backyard.

Heidi is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent and has been working in the insurance industry since 2000. She holds the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Certified Insurance Industry Professional (CIIP) and Transportation Risk Specialist (TRS). Prior to joining Rig Insurance Services, Heidi worked at Hickok & Boardman, Inc. as a Commercial Account Manager and as a Senior Account Manager/Service Team Leader at Coburn Insurance Agency, Inc. and later with Hub International Transportation Insurance Services.
Heidi is a graduate of Burlington High School and attended Champlain College prior to entering the insurance industry. She is an active member of the National Association of Insurance Professionals and continues to add to her various insurance designations provided by the Motor Carrier Insurance Education Foundation, Society of Certified Insurance Counselors and the Vermont Insurance Agents Association, Inc.
In her spare time Heidi enjoys spending time with family and friends, campfires, concerts and time at the beach.
